The Three Broomsticks: Order of the Joberknoll
[ OOC Post Details Here ]
The Three Broomsticks has closed every Thursday night since before the end of the last war. Each of the new owners has followed suit when they picked up the place. The second one said it had to do with luck and honors. And Jo Harvelle, who snuck into the place more times than any could count a decade ago, seems to be following in all their stead with an easy, unruffable grace.
The Closed sign hangs carelessly askew, like normal, and the windows are dark.
(And it will remain that way unless you have an invitation of some kind.)

She's not an Unspeakable. Like Dean.
But she's covered in many spells.
Many vows and oaths and promises.
All of them more specific.
More binding.
Some that she can't speak of even.
"Business. You'd be coming otherwise."

Not while she isn't sure what the Headmaster is up to. Not while someone who knows the history of Hogwarts better than anyone else might need to be on hand to make shit up by the seat of her pants.
"Can you at least let me know where I should be sending the owls?"

So maybe in the dream world where either of them could - they did.
Jo opened her mouth. Except. The city name obliterates.
She tries again. Larger. Even the country. Slides from her.
Always back a second later. Like words forgotten, remembered.
Jo frowned. "Asia."
This comes out two ways.
Annoyed, and relieved.
Bloody big enough.

"...bugger," says Leah, annoyed, and partly to herself. "I told them, that that wasn't to end well."
She uses a finger to scratch an eye, and adds, "you're taking back up."
That may have been a question.

Very much saying she should talk now.
Because at least Lee had proved she could.

Or figure out how little she can get away with saying, in the middle of the bar, where most people think she's tagging along because she can't bear to be away from her friends.
"What happened... shouldn't of. And I don't really know how to stop it happening again. Cause I'm not going with you, am I?"
She considers this for less than a second.
"Gimme a day. I'll bring you a parting gift tomorrow."
Something that'll beat Leah hearing about her death by owl two days later.

Its why she's not ever surprised Lee's involved with people.
Jo nodded. "We can do breakfast? Or dinner, if its better?"
Even though she has to wonder, as she says it.
Will Dean stay and appear in the morning again?
Does she want that? Or want to hide behind Lee?

She should get a Time Turner.
"Let's make it lunch."

She nods her head toward the kitchen.
Doors closed where Sokka is still prepping.
It's not everyday you swear to house an Order in your soul.
"Should we invite, fussy pants? He'll pout if he finds out later."

There was a small glance over. "We always do, don't we?"
