The Defence classroom is light and airy, and full of the sound of tiny wings and rustlings. The teacher is standing by the door as the students enter, neat blue robes crisp, eyes bright. Even if there's a little shadowin her face that wasn't there before a certain meeting at a certain pub.
"Don't bother getting your textbooks out today, class," she says, cheerful. "We're done with theory. In fact, I don't even want your textbooks to come back near the room after this week.
"But make sure you've got your wands."
